Payment can be made through any means listed below (Credit cards attract a surcharge of 2%): Credit card Debit card Bank transfer Cheque Cash
Delivery
Delivery unless otherwise stated will be by Royal Mail next day special delivery. This should ensure delivery during Monday-Friday of 24 hours. Weekends, ie postal Friday night could mean 48 hours. All jewellery will be fully insured.

Guarantees
All goods sold by NeatDiamonds.com are supplied with a full 12-month guarantee, which covers any manufacturing defaults. This guarantee does not cover any work carried out by a third party.
Note: Due to the excellent skills of our diamond setters our diamonds will NOT fall out of our jewellery, they can only be dislodged. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your diamond jewellery as loss of diamonds does not fall under the NeatDiamonds.com guarantee.
Cancellation Rights
All jewellery is manufactured to order and once a deposit has been received the deposit will be lost if the order is cancelled. Minimum deposit is 20% of the gross value of the goods.
